Hi all
For those of you that are freelance, does anyone have a sample blank invoice they can share with me. When you send invoices do you do hard copy or email them?

I am happy to send you a copy of the invoice format I use. (for others it is also available for free download at http://www.trainerbase.co.uk)
I only send electronic format invoices as PDF’s. This way I can track receipt. (always send requesting a read receipt)

I’d be happy to send you a copy of my invoice format. Email me and I’ll send it by return.
I use a mix of email and snail mail to deliver invoices.
If you are doing associate work for larger training providers, they may want originals of expenses receipts so snail mail is the only option.
If you use an accounts program it will probably print invoices for you onto plain paper or your letterheads.

This is true as working as an associate you will require to submit expences – HOWEVER be careful to pay for these on a personal credit card & not the business card or you will end up tying yourself in an accountants knot!!
