I am currently working with one of the UK's largest Public Sectors and one of the measures of the success of the training is to implement Pre Course Training Assessments & post course Assessments to the delegates attending the training in Complaints, Telephony and Customer Services.

Does anyone know of any suppliers for creating templates for Pre Training Assessments or does anyone have any samples that they may have?
