Im not sure if it is on general release yet but if it is it will be available from the BBC as it is a BBC production. A new series is scheduled for september i believe.

Yes, look at the BBC website. It is about to be released, probably to coincide with the new series.
The first series is going to be shown on UK Gold soon, so find a friend with satellite or cable and get them to set their video timer! (Ooops, sorry Beeb!)
Almost as funny, in parts, was the recent fly on the wall thing about a car rental company. I particularly liked the MD whose main concern was that his designer desk wobbled and the high-level meeting going on while all hell was breaking loose downstairs. Oh, and the vitriolic e-mail. That was called “The Secret Life of the Office”, originally on BBC2, now being shown on cable I believe.
PS re difficult messages, “The Office” shows you how NOT to do it (but how it is often done in reality). Anyway, the whole thing is a hoot and fabulous training material.
