seeking Housing Benefit training material

I am trying to obtain up to date training material on Housing Benefits. I currently have 1993 version of the IRRV Comprehending Benefits but I understand a 1997 version is out there somewhere. If anyone has a spare copy I am happy to purchase. Any other ideas are welcome. I would prefer the material to be in modular form and suitable for new starters through to refresher training for experienced staff. Required Urgently!!!!
