Our company has recently been through a merge. We have an "HR Breakfast" each quarter where supervisors are invited to come for a general informative presentation that is approximately 90 minutes long. We use this time for supervisors to meet each other from accross the company- the first 30 minutes is usually social with food and a fun ice breaker. We have just been through the mind numbing task of introducing them to all of the new policies and benefits ect.. and want to present something fun and relaxing. We do not want to do the typical "change" seminar at this point. People need to relax and have some laughs. Any suggestions? We're looking for a new icebreaker too! (We've done the BINGO game which is great and I have checked out the clark site.) Any ideas would be welcome!
