Service Level Agreements (SLAs) establish performance standards between organizations and external training providers. This post discusses the need for SLAs when working with providers delivering statutory training like first aid, fire safety, and manual handling courses.

We use a large amount of external training providers to deliverstatutory training such as 1st Aid, Fire, manual handling etc. and we need to have a Service Level Agreement with all Providers. Does anyone have any examples of SLA’s they would be willing to share with me?
