I'm currently writing a dissertation which covers employee engagement, motivation, communication, management and leadership capability. I can see from Severn Trent and DHL websites that both organisations have focused some of their resources on implementing initiatives to enhance these areas.
I’m looking for someone who works within HR at DHL and Severn Trent who would be prepared to answer a few specific questions via email or would be prepared to spend 15-30 minutes speak to me about the initiatives and the positive impact they have had on the workforce.
Any support and knowledge sharing would be much appreciated as I’m quickly running out of time.
