I am currently working at devising a strategy for our training team to work with external organisations and training bodies so we are able to share best practice and ultimately enhance our ability as Trainers
Does anyone have any recommended forums, memberships or groups (Such as CSTN or SWCCF) that we should be considering signing up to so we can engage and share best practices with other organisations?

I'm guessing that you may be in a customer service / call centre environment. If so, are you looking for forums and networks around practices in those areas, or are you looking more widely (if so, what sort of topics or work areas are you looking to cover), or is it any form of trainer networks where training practice is discussed…or something else?
I'm hoping a little more detail may get you a better response.

The majority of my work is within a customer service/call centre environment but we are also gradually branching out into more administrative areas of the business
In respect to the areas/topics we are looking to foucs on, as we are only in the development stage of creating a strategy I am open minded about the types of forums. We do have a keen interest in looking at more general training forums where training practice is covered from a number of industries but if we will get a better quality of forums by it being more bespoke i.e. Call Centre, eLearning etc then would be happy to use a number of sources
