A website for SPELL - one of the main pathfinder projects within the Learning Cities programme which seeks to widen participation in learning activities throughout the city. The programme is well linked to the Campaign for Learning and to NIACE.

This site provides information about the range of partners n the programme, the present and planned activities and their forthcoming conference. The only part I didn't like is the music! Worth a visit to see how the concept of Learning Cities is being translated into action.
