We need a short primer in HTML so we can build our letters for a new system. Secondly, we need a JavaScript course so we can build conditional paragraphs into our letters and
lastly we need a course in XML/XSL so we can code our more complicated letters.
We do not want a full-blown HTML course - many of the features only apply to webpages and we are not producing these. As a result I would hope that an HTML primer would only be a day or so. Similarly, we only need to know enough about JavaScript to say things like "if is *this* then include *this* bit of text in a letter rather than *that* bit of text.."
