I recently delivered a session to colleagues on De Bono's Six Thinking Hats. During the course of my research for the session I discovered that multi-national companies such as IBM, Coca-Cola & Shell have used 'The Hats'.
Following the session I was asked to provide some case study detail/history of when & how 'The Hats' have been used in multi- nationals, with what success and, if they are still using the process. Can anyone suggest any books articles or internet resources which will help me with this?
Likewise, I'd also be interested to hear your own examples of how you've used 'The Hats' to aid meeting structure, problem solving and creativity.

Paul,
I would suggest going to the Edward De Bono Website, on there you will find some case studies, resources, and more information about the legendary life-long learner and instigator or lateral thinking.
