Hello all,
I have avidly read through various TZ discussions and articles on conducting a skills audit - I need to do this for circa 1500 staff. I've already picked up lots of tips from the site here but I was wondering if anyone might have a template they are happy to share that would save me starting from scratch?
The approach I have in mind won't mean it's an extensive template although as everyone seems so helpful I thought it worth asking before I get started.
