Slogan for training

default-16x9

I'm working as as a training coordinator for a law firm, organising research skills training on internal know-how databases and external online resources. To give this training "a face" in the organisation, I would like to use a catchy phrase or slogan.
Any ideas anyone?

  1. Here is a way to create your own slogan
    Dear Francien

You could try the Verb/Noun process. You can do this on your own but it is easier with a colleague or friend.

Imagine the training being amazingly successful. Then make of list of Verbs that describe what people would be doing or experiencing if that were happening. You could have learning, developing, enjoying, challenging etc – they all end with “-ing”.

Then do the same with Nouns. These describe what the training is acting on or creating. For instance you might have people, ideas, enthusiasm, imagination, comittment etc. Don’t go for one to one correspondence with each verb though.

Then you pick out the three or four of the words from each list you like the best, find a word to capture the essence of the “best” words from each list and put them together and you will be very close to your slogan!

This process works well to create a mental synthesis of ideas. I learned it from Chris Bull.

If you use it, please let me know how you get on.

    Best wishes
