I am looking for people (consultants, trainers, leaders) and organisations (companies, associations, cooperatives, governement, project teams) in the U.K. who are applying SOCIOCRATIC principles (Sociocracy, 'Collaborative Governance'), or similar in their decision-making processes.
I am trying to establish who how many organisations in the UK are familiar with the concept Sociocracy and what their experience has been. I am also keen to hear of experiences of trainers who have taught sociocratic principles in their organisations or to their client organisations.

SOCIOCRACY
It will be really interesting to see the replies here. We reconcile corporate governance issues with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and quite often the collegial thrust of this legislation spills into new forms of "industrial democracy" involving staff,customers/client/service users, governing bodies, volunteers and stakeholders. And not just for the public sector but the private and voluntary sector where the socicracy models can be found today.
Very interesting posting
