I am looking for an off the shelf elearning package which will allow Sun Solaris engineers to become familiar with Linux.
If anyone is aware of a way to do this, please let me know.
A mixture of slef paced content and labs would be the preffered approach.

Doubt it
I would be surprised if a Solaris engineer had any difficulty with Linux other than astonishment that Linux is so much better.
The O’Reilly books on Linux are very good and there is masses of free material on the web.
