This course consists of six modules, spread over three interactive sessions of two and a half hours, on 8, 15 and 22 September; plus a month of email follow-up support.
The programme teaches the true and correct Four Levels methodology and how to apply it to maximize the business results from your training initiatives.
Participants receive a Kirkpatrick manual filled with examples and templates that you can adapt to build your own tools and gain a complete understanding of what each level measures. You will explore the reasons why evaluation is critical to training success and hear case studies and success stories from companies that have used the model effectively.

For those with a desire to delve further into the Kirkpatrick theory, there’s the far more in-depth Certification course consisting of nine modules over five two and a half hour sessions, which will equip you with everything you need to be able to apply the Kirkpatrick model to your training activities.
However, the more in-depth nature of the Certification course means participants will explore the methodology and practicalities of the approach in more detail, learning the Kirkpatrick Decision-Making Model for effective training resource allocation.
The five sessions run every Wednesday between 8 September and 6 October.
At the end of the course you will be assisted in creating an evaluation plan, based on one of your own programs, and submit it for grading and individual feedback from the Kirkpatrick team.
After this course you will be able to:
