I am looking for information on average spend on trainign development in the UK split across regions, industrial sector and staff level within an organisation. Does such information exist?

Statistics
In the back of personnel today they have statistics every week on personnel and training issues (although i think they may be mainly salary stats), however it may be worth contacting them.
