Has anyone out there used this particular questionnaire? My new team is constantly talking about being identified as a square/squiggle/round/triangle? type of profile at work? They would like me to find it (1st challenge!!) and then help them use it as a comunication device with their clients? 20 questions, easy to adminster I am told? Any help, suggestion most gratefully received. My deadline is Wednesday the 6th. Thank you from a very hot Dubai!

Well I have just put the words: Square, Round, Squiggle, Triangle and Questionnaire into Google and it found it immediately.

Tried that – we are redirected to Google.ae and not .com – so my search regretfully is not producing this result. closest is related to handwriting!
