Where could I find a policy for staff replacement costs.
A number of staff members are wanting to complete career development activities and I need to put together a policy to ensure that staff replacements are costed.
I also need to produce robust policies to ensure that the process and procedures are formalised.
Any ideas?

Cost of Staff Replacement
There was a study that I found about 18 months ago that gave the average recruitment, selection and training new personnel cost to be 24 weeks salary of the replaced individual. I think that’s about 5 months and 2 weeks.
