  1. We run strategy programmes
We have developed and run programmes designed to stimulate participants awareness of strategic issues, provide them with an understanding of a range of strategy models and give them practical experience of using those strategy tools in a business simulation.

We have run the programme in different forms for organisations such as BAE SYSTEMS and Royal Sun Alliance for some years. We also have close links with Lancaster University Management School who have both supported the development of the programme and bought it for their students.

We have offices in Banbury (as well as Lancaster and Madrid) and service programmes on the M4 corridor on a regular basis.

  2. The most effective technique in strategic management.
    Hi Guy
We believe we have the most effective technique available in strategic management.

Well known models such as the ‘7-S framework’ or the ‘balanced scorecard’ can take weeks,to fully understand, even before you attempt to apply them to your business.

We use a unique but very simple technique that enables directors to
unravel the different revenue streams, visualise all the factors impacting on the business, assess their importance over the next 5 years and prioritise those that will have most impact on profitability.
All in a half day workshop.
The technique can be used on a regular basis to review progress and to undertake a strategic analysis of any new opportunity that the directors may consider investing in.

We shall be pleased to provide more details.
