Recruitment website Stepstone has added a search facility for training courses to the services it offers.

However, despite an impressive array of categories to search from, the course database is sadly lacking in geographical spread. On searching the combined records relating to the North, North-West, South-West, Channel Islands, East Midlands, Wales and West Midlands, 39 records were found, over 30 of which were for Walsall College of Arts and Techology! Actually using the search facility is a bit frustrating too - you can't simply go back to the previous page, but are taken to a different page to carry out another search.

TrainingZONE is sure StepStone were keen to get their course search facility up-and-running as soon as possible, but it currently won't be a lot of help to anyone living outside of Central London or the West Midlands! Here's hoping they can add to their records soon...
