Straight Talking Workshop advice

default-16x9

Hi All,

I am looking for some recommendations for a suppiler of workshop content to enable people leaders and other staff to have 'real conversations'. We have a great culture where we are very nice to each other and this also has it's problems about not wanting to offend. the result is productivity is stiffled.

i have looked at the Crucial Conversations by Vital Smarts and would like to get others opinions on content that you have used and can recommend.

Cheers

Brendon

  1. a question….

    Hi Brendon

You've said you want "workshop content" rather than someone to actually run the workshop…..are you looking for the material so that you can deliver it yourself?

At the risk of sounding as if I'm changing the subject, it sounds as if the issue at your organisation may be assertiveness rather than ability to have the "real conversation".

My experience is that once people recognise their right and their responsibility to have a 'real conversation', they realise that actually not having it a is about as un-nice as they could be!

Feel free to PM me if you want to talk about this further
