My organisation is commited to becoming a strengthsbased one and we are utilising the Clifton strengthsfinder tool. Does anyone have a copy of a strengths based development plan – one which builds on natural talents, rather than the traditional view of “fixing” limitations?

You might be interested in the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (www.cappeu.org; capp@cappeu.org). They are great organisation who do their best to support initiatives like yours. They should be able to help.
