Our Occupational Nurse wishes to attend a stress management course, preferably in the North West of England, but will travel to other areas. Can anybody recommend a course?

STRESS MANAGEMENT COURSE RECOMMENDATION
Some years ago I paticipated in a course run by Dr Sandra Mills, which was very good. I only have the Tel no. from the notes which is 01977 620357 (Stress Management International)
P.S. My wife also attended a course on a separate occasion through her work and she agrees that she was an excellent trainer.
Learn holistic self-help techniques to balance your life.
I run a stress management course which deals with stress in a holistic way, analysing your lifestyle and understanding which areas are causing you the most problems. I then give specific help with relaxation techniques, positive thinking, assertiveness techniques, setting boundaries for yourself and creating a positive working environment. I also discuss diet, exercise and the use of complimentary therapies to deal with stress.
