You don’t give much detail.. where do you work? What age students do you have? Are we talking gap year, 15 yr olds, sandwich course…? With a little more info, I could give you a few tips based on volunteer management stuff and creating meaningful opportunity profiles / task descriptions when you are limited as to what responsibilities you can place on the ‘worker’.
