LEADWISE, LLC, a virtual coaching company and ICF Corporate Member, announced today that it was seeking 12 students to enter the charter class of its Business Coach Training System (BCTS). Following the recent publication of COACH2 The Bottom Line: An Executive Guide to Coaching Performance, Change and Transformation in Organizations, the author Mike Jay announced the design and formation of the BCTS to fill a niche between personal coaching and internal corporate coaching by creating a special designation of "Certified Business Coach."
