Do you have any creative ideas regarding a name for a programme which is aimed at both potential team leaders and employees who are at that level but not necessarily a potential team leader (e.g. Project Managers or technical experts in their field).
We already have a 'Team Leader' programme and a 'Basic Principles' programme for junior staff as well as other programmes for various job roles.
Contents are likely to include, Negotiation Skills, Influencing People, Meeting Facilitation, Project Management , Problem Solving,
Interviewing and Selection Skills.
Thanks

Key Management Skills
What about Key Management Skills or Key Leadership Skills
Creative titles
I think the best titles are those that either ‘do what it says on the tin’ or are more like a brand name (middle of the road titles seem to get a middle of the road response).
At the creative end, how about:
Transform
The Hallmark programme
Oh no not more management skills!
Cornerstone
Logical they are not, but I bet they would get talked about!
Leadership Fundamentals
Thanks for all your suggestions. I ended up going for ‘Leadership Fundamentals’.
But I did get a few strange suggestions from ‘Jedi managment’ to various 101 classes (a US theme).
Many thanks
Annah
