could anybody advise on the most suitable qualification route for junior fanance staff. I have a number who have completed NVQ level 2 in accoounting but they need to progress further, both in order to improve their contribution to the department and also to ensure they know they are not going to be stuck in the same positions for ever. I am aware of both AAT and ACCA as routes to achieve a recognised qualilfication and it may be that somebody out there has an opinion on either of the above or knows of a better alternative.
