Does any one have examples/advice re supplier agreements that they are willing to share?
I am setting up a corporate approved supplier list of training providers and consultants and would like to issue them all with one agreement outlining terms and conditions. This will allow me to reflect these terms within my internal service level agreements between corporate HRD and the various groups and divisions within the organisation.
Any thoughts??
