Support for L&D professionals

default-16x9

Dear all,

Please help me test my business idea! With my background in delivering operational support within a leadership development consultancy I have worked with many self-employed trainers and HR consultants who love the account management and delivery aspect of their work but dislike (or are no good at by their own admission) the detailed, structured activity needed to pull their learning events together. This has got me thinking about starting a business which offers training professionals, HR consultants and coaches a complete support office solution. My offering would span all training back-office activity between the point at which you win the client business and design the content, to actually delivering that content to delegates on your feet. For example, project management, topic research, production of printed materials, checking and refining slide decks, sourcing of training props, delegate communication, venue management, collation and analysis of post event feedback etc). My question therefore is: is this a service which you would find useful and value adding to your own businesses? And is it realistic to think that you would be prepared to pay for access to this support on an adhoc, retainer or project basis? Any thoughts or feedback would be most gratefully received. Thanks so much.
