I work in Organisation development and I frequently need to conduct quick diagnostics on employee attitudes and opinions on specific issues. I am looking for a piece of software which can be used to easily design questionnaires, send them out by e-mail, and then compile and report the results. Does anyone have any experience for recommendations?
Many thanks

After some research and a trial, we’ve just selected Snap Survey’s product.

They are based in the UK too!

Try the above website, Perception is a good Training questions and survey software package.

Another recommendation for Genquest
I would endorse Jo’s recommendation of Genquest. We used it recently to run a customer satisfaction survey for Trainers’ Library. It was easy to use and very flexible. It even has intelligent navigation so that the respondee can be asked a follow up question that builds on their previous answer. They also have a simple pricing plan.
