One of my clients has asked that I am TAP registered to deliver a series of workshops. This means a 3 day course (3 Days out of circulation) and a cost to me who is self employed. I am a fellow of the CIPD (by 3 years study and then applying for the various upgrades of memebrship over the years and demonstrating CPD. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of leadership. Can anyone advise me if there is a way round having to attend this course, I have 23years experience in delivering participative training and up until today (perhaps my ignorance?) never heard of TAP! With the economic climate as it is at the moment I can ill afford to take time out to get a piece of paper for a certificate that I have no previous knowledge of.
Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
