probably not what you are looking for but….
I worked with a client from February to June of this year providing 1 to 1 coaching for two people who had been identified as potential managers of the future.
One has already been through a selection process and been appointed as a centre manager and the other has been through a selection process and been appointed a centre deputy manager or a large centre (but with a competitor!)
Results all round!
