I am coming to the end of my contract as a Training & Development Manager for a global organisation. I specialise in the design and implementation of training programmes in Management, Personal and graduate development in all areas of business.

I'm looking for permanent or interim opportunities in Training & Development for large organisations in the London & SouthEast area. As you can imagine the market is very slow and I would like to further my skills and knowledge by studying a course in this area.

Qualifications like the CIPD have a good reputation, however if you are not sponsored, it can be very expensive and it is not an internationally recognised qualification.

If anyone can recommend a qualification like the CIPD that is internationally recognised and doesn't cost the earth, it would be much appreciated.

I would also be interested if anyone knows of organisations that are currently looking for a T&D Manager to specialise in personal development.
