T&D statistics in the UK

The Industrial Society, until a year or two ago, published a very useful report which allowed comparisons between UK sectors and one’s own organisation’s performance and outputs in terms of expenditure on T&D, days used per employee etc. Is there any substitute for that now available? I’ve tried the Office of National Statistics, DFEE/DFES sites etc but their info doesn’t cover the headings (or sectors) I’d be able to use. CIPD don’t appear to have anything suitable either.
