I am a postgraduate student doing my dissertation looking at the relationship of team roles (using a new Team Role measurement) and team climate (using the Team Climate Inventory). I am not sure how I can look at any realtionship as Team Role measurement yields individual level data and the TCI produces group level data. One of the relationships i want to look at is that if the team has sufficient innovators then the team would be high on the TCI scale 'Support for Innovation'. I have asked several academics and they are unsure of how to get over this hurdle of individual vs group data. I have aprox 19 teams made up of 130+ people. If anyone can help at all i would be so grateful.
