Í´m a german fascilitator and have used for many times an interesting group-activity, which I have translated from the english origin to german, it´s named "Budget Cutting". The team-members have to take the difficult task of consensus-finding.
No I need the original exercise in English and cannot find it in my papers. Does anybody know that exercise and can give me the source? I assume it in one of "Pfeiffer´s handbooks of structured experiences for HR training.
