Team Exercise: “Budget Cutting”

Budget Cutting is a group consensus-building exercise where team members must work together to make difficult decisions about resource allocation. This facilitator seeks the original English version of the activity, believed to be from Pfeiffer's handbooks of structured experiences.

Í´m a german fascilitator and have used for many times an interesting group-activity, which I have translated from the english origin to german, it´s named “Budget Cutting”. The team-members have to take the difficult task of consensus-finding.
No I need the original exercise in English and cannot find it in my papers. Does anybody know that exercise and can give me the source? I assume it in one of “Pfeiffer´s handbooks of structured experiences for HR training.
Many thanks for your help
