Hi There,
I work for an organisation that is going through a process of lots of change. We have many new staff members coming on board and i have been asked to put together a session on how working together as one team can achieve better results. I have been asked to come up with a quick snappy team game that can demonstrate this. I'm wondering if you have any ideas on what team games I could possibly use? I really want to aim for somethign fun and energetic and exciting that has a great ending punch line. Any help would be much appreciated.

Loads of ideas there
How about a quiz-style treasure hunt?
Could you devise a sort of treasure hunt in which small teams (pairs/trios) have to get hold of things from around the organisation and find answers to questions. I'm thinking these sort of random things:
Middle name of the CEO or other senior person
A copy of the latest marketing publication
A pair of trainers
A piece of fruit
How many employees does this organisation have as at today?
Name of the PA/secretary to the head of HR
Name of person in charge of H&S
Date and time of next fire alarm test
A foreign coin
Registration of trainer's car
etc etc etc
These are just a few suggestions – you would want to add in pertinent things and some daft ones too I'm sure. The idea is that they will find out useful info too, as well as have some fun and find their way around the building.

Victor Botterill
Hi Harriski
If you have a budget and are in the UK I would recommend hiring Victor Botterill. He has a scenario called "Who killed the Baronness" Highly recommended. He's an ex Metropolitan Police trainer.
