Hi All,

I'm a Training Manager for a Media company, we sell various advertising packages to multiple industries. Predominantly on an outbound telesales basis. I have been tasked to research for technology which could help our sales people be more successful. For example, I recently rolled out a screen sharing programme which allows our salespeople to deliver presentations from their office, making the sales process much more personable. I would be very very interested to hear of any other initiatives people have had success with.

    Hi Michael

    Do your sales team use any form of CRM to store customer data? More advanced CRM systems can automate follow up emails, connect to social media channels and act as a one stop shop for a sales professional.

    We have had great success with SalesForce and a plugin called Marketo.
