Technology training

default-16x9

I have asked to contribute to an MS Office training session which is heavily technology based - using Teamspaces. My input is around good training techniques, which I have to build around the main body of the programme. Can anyone provide me with guidance on how this can be done? (My experience is the more traditional route of expert classroom trainers- and having more time). I have one day for the TTT and this must include tips and techniques. Many thanks. (By the way, this program is global)

  1. If you’re willing to do a fair bit of research…
… then my suggestion is do a search on google for ‘constructivist elearning’ or ‘constructivism elearning’.

This won’t lead you to a cheap and cheerful set of tips, but if you want to become a cutting-edge consultant for how to maximise people’s learning, and their ability to apply the learning, through computer-based mediums then then I’d suggest that constructivism is the path to enlightenment. (Gosh, how dramatic does that sound?).

    Good luck.
