1. where are you based and for how many people
   Where are you based and looking for training? How many people will need the training? There are major differences between the areas that you mention – are you looking for training in all these areas?

3. Telemarketing Specialist

   Contact either Audrey or Ellie at APB Marketing on 01332-341999. They are based in Derby, but often do training through Blackbrook House, which is based near Belper, Derbys. They are telemarketing specialists. Or try entelechy consulting ltd, on 0800-980-4764. I did a course with them which was useful AND interesting! Or you can try to find the Institute of Direct Marketing, or the Chartered Institute of Marketing, who may have information (sorry, I don’t on either of them)

   Call centre management is a whole other ballgame. Your best bet would be to contact Tony Mosely, secretariat of SOCAP – the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals, on 01275-845511. They run open courses around the country, and I know that there are some call centre specialists on their books. Membership would also give you an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation.
