We are currently in the market for new Telephone Taping Equipment.
What we are looking for is a wireless unit (as I'm sick of tripping over the wires of the current one) with 12 headsets.
What we've found so far is one from PhoneCoach but unfortunately it has tape recorders. Ideally we would like it with a hard drive or a solid state recording facility. Anybody got any ideas?

Google
A quick google search gave me http://www.oak.co.uk who offer scalable taping solutions to hard drive – I don’t know about wireless solutions but I suspect it wouldn’t be that hard to do as they are PC based solutions.
Use IP
Not sure if you train from a single location or a limited number of locations, but if you do most telecoms providers will offer an IP based recording system. This is cost effective as you don’t need to shell out for equipment in the first place and it uses a web based interface, generally very usable. Drop me a line if you’d like me to go through this with you any further.
Have you tried retell?
You could try ReTell, they are based in Sunbury and have many different types of kits for recording phone calls. Website is http://www.retellrecorders.co.uk
