For example, would you like more or less features, news and profiles.
Would you like to see more blogging? Or more on a particular subject that you feel we don't cover?
I currently don't run case studies on site as I find they can read too much like a promotion - but would members,in fact, find them useful?
Is there anything else that you would like to see on our site? Now's your chance to give me your wish list!

Great idea
Personally, I’d like to see more real world examples like that “diary of a training director” that show how people work. And maybe case studies on training consultants marketing themselves.
Sometimes I feel that the site can get too theoretical. Not all the time of course, its a great site, but a little more real world stuff would be great

I am putting together a manager section for our intranet and am having difficulty finding theory put into practice. my main customer is our management and focus on mgt skills and examples would be great.
