We are early in our e-learning programme and are looking for Text to Speech software developers to assist/advise on the best use of the TtS software to enahnce learning materials.
We have had a few demo's in the past but are now looking to take this forward.
We are based in Scotland but would welcome any information and would expect a close working relationship.

Try the RNIB
This is a bright idea rather than a positive lead.
Why not approach RNIB, they have lots of experience of TtS conversion.
TTS software
I have done a great deal of research in to TTS software applications. From what I have seen it is primarily an assistive communications aid for people with visual or speech impairments. Although TTS technology has made great steps forward there is still a long way to go. It is unclear from your note quite how you intend to use this technology or target market. It is extensively used as an aid to assistive communications, in particular those who are blind or unable to speak perhaps because of a stroke or damage to the larynx.
