The Company: Episode 5 – getting to grips with evaluation

Diane, the training and development manager, has been called to a meeting with her head of HR, Sophie, and wonders what new tasks she wants her to do now.

Reflection point:

Diane is not happy. She has more than enough work to do and now this! How on earth is she going to explain to her team that they are going to be under scrutiny? More importantly, what if the results are not good, where is that going to leave her and her team? What would you do?

Next week we look at quality management tick-boxes.
