Any one got statisitcs on how much it costs companys on sickness and what are the top reason for sick days?

CIPD
Hi Bernie – the CIPD is a good sources for this type of information. My best recollection is that absence costs roughly £650 per head at the moment – but if you take a look at the CIPD website http://www.cipd.co.uk you will get the latest and more comprehensive data.
Absence
The CIPD do a sickness absence survey (annually?) that provide key statistics/top reasons.
