Dear Santa,
As you know I work in Higher Education, an industry rife with navel gazers, chronic verbal diarrhea and death by committee. I have been a very good girl this year and access to this book could quite literally save me: please could you make me a reviewer for Christmas?
On a completely different and unrelated topic: I will leave an extra drop of sherry out for you this year!
Many thanks,
Beck

Change One Thing
There's loads I'd like to change, but I only have the right to change myself and that's where it should always start. If this book helps me to help others to realise this then that's all I can ask. Barry Wilding-Webb
