Remember 20 years ago when you could remember countless phone numbers of all your friends and relatives? It was no trouble at all! But today we are lucky if we can remember our own phone number. The increased reliance on information management devices- OK I am talking our PDAs and now our smartphones. Was it necessary for me to remember all of those phone numbers? Absolutely not. Is it helpful to have all of them organized in my phone and just a tap away? Absolutely! Why then don't we apply this same thinking to our corporate development initiatives? I believe that the smart organizations (and trainers) will do just this.
