Hi All

I'm updating a module on Downstream Impact Analysis as part of a Change Management and Planning programme.

Can anyone give some new real life examples of the unexpected downstream impact of some aspect of change.....

for example...in order to promote a healthier workplace we instigated a no smoking policy in the offices....six months later we had to employ a new cleaner to clean the area around the fire escapes due to the build up and constant replacement of the cigarette butts on the floor.

Please either post your answers here or at www.coach-and-courses.com in the guest book

Thanks
